Scholarship Information
Family Centers is pleased to provide tuition assistance for qualifying families. Click Here to download a Scholarship Application. Haga clic aquí para descargar una solicitud de beca. The following documents must be submitted along with this application:
1. A copy of your child's birth certificate
2. A copy of your entire most recent Income Tax Return (2023). If filed for extension, Form 4868 is required.
3. One month of current paystubs or a letter from employer for every working adult in the household or a notarized self-employment letter. If one of the parents isn’t working, please bring a notarized unemployment letter.
4. Additional income if it applicable (Child Support, Public Assistance, SSI, etc.)
NOTE: Scholarship is only available to families that live or work in Connecticut.
