Family Centers’ President Bob Arnold Honored by Greenwich Chamber
At the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Awards Luncheon on April 24, Family Centers’ President Bob Arnold was recognized for his organization’s work with children and families in need. During the ceremony, which was held at the Millbrook Club in Greenwich, Arnold was presented with the Community Leader Award. The award honors an individual or an organization in Greenwich that has worked to make a difference in the betterment of the community through their efforts. Since 1891, Family Centers has provided children, families, adults and communities the tools they need to realize their potential. The organization currently offers 30 unique human service, education and health programs including preschool services for young children, a host of counseling and support programs, self-sufficiency assistance, school based health centers and services for seniors. This year marks Arnold’s 30th anniversary as Family Centers’ president.
