EDUCATION, CONSULTATION & COACHING SERVICES
To help facilitate a healthy work environment, we help guide and coach managers so they can effectively confront underperforming employees and refer them to WorkLife Solutions. We collaborate with our client’s leadership team to help create and implement strategies to resolve performance-related concerns for individuals or groups. WorkLife Solutions also offers seminars that build skills in communication, teamwork and performance improvement, as well as perspectives in numerous health/wellness and personal/career development topics.
SHORT-TERM COUNSELING AND CONTINUITY OF CARE
Because each workplace has different needs, WorkLife Solutions offers employers the flexibility to customize the level of counseling services offered to each worker. An employee may continue with his/her counselor beyond the contracted counseling sessions by accessing his/her behavioral health insurance coverage.
FOLLOW-UP AND QUALITY OF CARE
WorkLife Solutions will follow-up to ensure satisfaction with the helping process or whether additional services are warranted. In the case of a supervisory or mandatory referral to the EAP, WorkLife Solutions works with HR and/or the referring manager until he/she believes the original performance problem has been effectively resolved.
