Family Centers Health Care and Greenwich Hospital/ Yale New Haven Health to Hold Community Health Fair on 8/2
In celebration of National Health Center Week and its new collaboration with Greenwich Hospital/Yale New Haven Health, Family Centers Health Care (FCHC) will hold a Community Health Fair on Saturday, August 2 at 55 Holly Hill Lane in Greenwich.
The event will run from 1 – 3 p.m. and is open to the public. Representatives from FCHC, other Family Centers programs and a variety of community providers will be on hand to offer guests health resources and information. FCHC medical professionals will provide free blood pressure, BMI, glucose, HIV and Hepatitis C screenings. Insurance information and enrollment assistance will also be available.
The fair will feature fun for the entire family, including free food, giveaways, games and face painting. Free Zumba lessons will also be offered.
Most importantly, attendees will have the opportunity to tour FCHC’s new Adult and Pediatric Health Center, located next door at 75 Holly Hill Lane.
The Health Center opened in February 2025 and formalized a partnership with Greenwich Hospital/Yale New Haven Health Systems (GH/YNHHS) to enhance primary care services for local adults and children and improve health care access for underserved populations. Family Centers oversees the day-to-day operations of the 15-room facility, and leverages Greenwich Hospital’s clinical expertise and experience to establish a competent care model that delivers an optimal patient care experience.
