Family Centers Health Care to Hold Community Health Fair on 8/12
In celebration of National Health Center Week, Family Centers Health Care will hold a Community Health Fair on Saturday, Aug. 12 at its 111 Wilbur Peck Court location in Greenwich.
The event will run from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. and is open to the public. Complementary health screenings will be provided by Family Centers Health Care staff. Screenings offered include: dental; diabetes; blood pressure; women’s health; weight management; glucose; HIV; hepatitis C; mental health; and colorectal disease.
The fair will also feature free food, giveaways, music and games for all ages. In addition, representatives from other Family Centers programs and providers throughout lower Fairfield County will be on hand.
