The Love Boat Benefit a Smashing Success

More than 300 passengers boarded the Pacific Princess on Friday, June 3 for an unforgettable night aboard The Love Boat for Family Centers’ 2022 benefit.

The event was held at the home of Wendy Stapleton, and cruise Directors (aka co-chairs) Meg Critchell, Nicki Rose and Courtney Wilson planned a magical evening that truly captured the spirit of the iconic 1970's and 1980's television series.

Guests mingled poolside and enjoyed cocktails while listening to the smooth sounds of a yacht rock band.  Once seated in the Captain’s Ballroom, dinner was served courtesy of Marcia Selden Catering.  Before dancing the night away, actor Ted Lange (aka Isaac the Bartender) made a special video appearance.

The Love Boat was Family Centers’ largest fundraiser of the year and directly supported the agency’s network of health, education and human service programs that helps more than 20,000 Fairfield County children, families and adults realize their potential.
