Cloonan SBHC Offers Summer Hours for Physicals and Vaccines
 Our School Based Health Center at Cloonan Middle School will be open July 29th, 30th, 31st and August 1st, 5th, 6th and 7th from 10-2 to help Stamford Public Schools students in need of physical exams and/or vaccines for the 2019-2020 school year.
Appointments are availble to all students enrolled in a school in which a School Based Health Center is located (Westhill, Stamford High, AITE, Cloonan, Dolan, Rippowam and Toquam). We are also happy to prioritize the needs of the students who are leaving Trailblazers Academy and entering Stamford Public Schools this August.
