Paying for Care - Financial Services
Insurance
We accept Medicare, HUSKY Health (Medicaid) and many commercial insurance plans. Visit costs depend on services, insurance coverage, and policy details like deductibles or co-pays.
Keep the front desk updated with your most recent insurance card. Check your insurance plan before your visit to understand your benefits and ensure your Primary Care Physician is updates.
Don't forget to check your insurance plan's rules—staying on top of your coverage can help you avoid extra costs!
Uninsured or Underinsured
If you don't have insurance or your insurance doesn't fully cover your needs, we're here to help. Our Sliding Fee Discount program offers reduced rates for those who qualify. Eligibility is based on your income and household size, ensuring visit fees are affordable for you.
Sliding Fee Discount Program
We offer discounts based on your income and household size, in accordance with federal poverty guidelines. Our on-site financial assistance team is available to assess your eligibility. You may qualify even if you have insurance. Please note that the Sliding Fee Discount is not an insurance plan and applies exclusively to services provided at Family Centers. Annual renewal or discount is required.
