On Tuesday, November 4 at 8 a.m., Family Centers will welcome bestselling author and Bloomberg's Editor-in-Chief John Micklethwait as the latest speaker in its popular Titan Series. The event will be held at Greenwich Country Club. Breakfast will be served.
Micklethwait will be in conversation with Bloomberg Chairman Peter Grauer for this special Election Day discussion. Many thanks to Laurie and Peter Grauer for chairing this event.
Micklethwait is the Editor-in-Chief of Bloomberg where he oversees editorial content across all Bloomberg platforms, including its news, newsletters, magazines, opinion, television, radio and digital properties, as well as its research services including Bloomberg Intelligence. Prior to joining Bloomberg in 2015, Micklethwait was the Editor-in-Chief of The Economist where he led the newspaper into the digital age while expanding its relationship and enhancing its reputation.
He is the co-author of seven books, most recently The Wake Up Call: Why the Pandemic Has Exposed the Weakness of the West, and How to Fix It. In 2010 Micklethwait was named Editors' Editor by the British Society of Magazine Editors.
All proceeds benefit Family Centers' integrated network of health, education and human service programs that assist more than 26,000 lower Fairfield County residents each year.
