Dear Family Centers Health Care Patient:
Hello! We want to tell you some important news about Family Centers. We really care about helping you stay healthy.
Starting on February 20, 2024, the cost of our health services will go up. We have been working hard to keep the costs low, but we need to make a small change.
Our sliding fee scale is still in place for those who qualify.
If you're already paying for a past service, that cost won’t change. This increase in fees only applies to services provided after February 20, 2024.
We are excited to be getting a new medical record system called Epic. It will help make your health care better. You will be able to see your medical information on a website or app at any time and get messages from us.

Aquí, queremos contarles sobre una importante noticia. Nos importa mucho ayudarlos a mantenerse saludables.
A partir del 20 de Febrero del 2024, el costo de nuestros servicios de salud aumentará un poco. Hemos trabajado duro para mantener los costos bajos, pero necesitamos hacer un pequeño ajusté.
Nuestra escala de tarifas todavía está disponible para aquellos que califiquen.
Si ya están pagando por un servicio anteriores, ese costo no cambiará. Este aumento del nuevo costo se tomará en efectivo para los servicios programadas después del 20 de Febrero de 2024.
Estamos emocionados de recibir un nuevo sistema de registros médicos llamado Epic. Ayudará a mejorar su atención médica. Podrán ver su información médica en un sitio web o aplicación de MyChart en cualquier momento y recibirán mensajes de nosotros.
