We offer therapy, group support, and wellness services for children, adults, couples, and families across Fairfield County. Our licensed mental health professionals provide support in navigating personal, relationship, and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma.
Our Approach
We work collaboratively with individuals and families, using structured, evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs.
Types of therapy include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employer-sponsored services to help employees manage personal, family, and work-related challenges.
Participating employees and their eligible family members have access to short-term therapy, crisis response, and practical resources designed to reduce stress and support well-being.
Services include:
- Assessment and consultation
- Confidential, individual therapy
- Work-life resources, including childcare and eldercare
- Financial and legal guidance
- Educational workshops and on-site programs
