School Based Health Care

Our health centers are located in nine public schools in Stamford and Greenwich and operate much like a small doctor’s or therapist's office. The centers are open during regular school hours and select sites may also be open during school holidays and summer vacations. Our goal is to keep your child healthy, happy, and in school by providing timely health care — without having to leave school.

Our Approach

Our providers work closely with the school to meet students’ everyday health needs, and students may use our services even if they already have another provider, with care coordination guided by parents. Services are available to all students, regardless of ability to pay or insurance, and families are not charged out of pocket for care.
