About Us
Family Centers Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC) located within the Wilbur Peck Court public housing community at 111 Wilbur Peck Court in Greenwich. We offer primary medical, dental and mental health services to children and adults living in Greenwich, Stamford and surrounding communities.
We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. for medical and dental services. Mental health services are offered Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday. Same-day medical visits are accepted, however appointments are preferred. Please call ahead to inquire about same-day services.

Our primary care providers and licensed practitioners provide patients with onsite treatment and support and can refer to specialists when necessary.

Open to All: Family Centers Health Care serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. We accept Medicaid (Husky) and participate in most commercial insurance plans. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income.
Beginning February 20, 2024, Family Centers Health Care will increase the prices slightly to our Medical Procedures on the Sliding Fee Scale. Please click here for additional details. En Espanol.

For Direct grievances, concerns and recommendations for change, please contact a program supervisor or director at 203-869-4848.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your issue, then please send a letter detailing the grievance to the Family Centers Executive team at 40 Arch Street, Greenwich, CT 06830. A response will be sent in no more than 10 days from receipt of the letter.
